The short version

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Nothing is stored in your browser and nothing about your visit is sent to advertising or analytics services.

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form, we receive the details you type in — your name, company, e-mail address, the topic you picked and your message. We use them for one purpose only: to reply to you and, if you want, to continue the conversation about a project. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an inquiry you chose to send (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, later, the steps needed before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Form submissions are delivered by an e-mail relay provider acting as our processor and then stored in our mailbox. We keep them for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete them when it no longer is, at the latest three years after the last exchange.

Hosting

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. Like every web server, the host may keep short-lived technical logs (IP address, requested page, time) for security and operation. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ). The fastest way to exercise any of these is an e-mail to the GDPR contact.
